How to screen printing with embossing silicone ink?
Mix embossing silicone ink FY-6065 with 10% catalyst FY-010B,stir well.
Print 1 layer with 2 times by squeegee on mesh screen
Wait the upper mold temperature reaches 180℃ and the lower mold temperature reaches 150℃,then put the well-print cloth on embossing moulding press machine and press 12 seconds.
You can choose to put 2-layer clothes and embossing, up to your choice
Put the well-print clothes to the oven for 100% silicone ink drying
