How to make 3D mold silicone transfer 3D silicone transfer stickers on garment?
1st,Applying the following mixing mold transfer silicone on the mold
Mold silicone FY-3040 80 G
Silicone catalyst FY-010B 8G 10%
Silicone Pigments 4G 5%
2nd, Put the hot melt film, high temperature paper and cloth on the mold in order.
3rd. Machine heat press including vacuum , venting and curing together. The name of this machine is 3D transfer silicone label vulcanizing machine.
Cure temp : Upper temp 80-90 degree
Bottom temp 135-170 degree (temp depends on logo design and mold size)
Heat press for about 1 minutes including vacuum and curing.
4th,Cold the mold ,remove scrap material,Shift the stickers on the position paper.
5th Heat press silicone stickers on fabric or T-shirt.
Heat press 15-20 seconds by 160-170 degree
