How to print anti-slip silicone ink on socks?
Preparation:
1.Mesh: 30-60(12T-24T) to make thick screen by emulsion.
2.Pigments added ratio:2-4%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:3%
4.Thinner FY-3# 0-10% (Thinner is not necessary)
5.Heating Temp and time: 120℃ -150℃ for 6-12 seconds , Heating time depends on drying temp.

HD silicone FY-311 for under coating printing for 3 times
Anti-slip socks silicone FY-320 60G
Anti-slip socks catalyst FY-300 1.8G 3%
Pigment FY-series 1.2G-2.4G 2-4% If need color effect
To print by thick screen and big holes mesh for one layer then finish and heating by 120℃ -150℃ for 6-12 seconds , Heating time depends on drying temp.
