The silicone color paste is composed of silicone base material, color paste and curing agent, which need to be mixed in proportion.When manual or machine silicone printing, needs to ensure uniform printing thickness.For complicated pattern,It can be printed multiple times with overprinting, and each layer needs to be dried before printing the next layer.
Tips of adding ratio for silicone pigment:
The adding ratio of colors are different, for white and fluorescent color, the adding ratio is normally 20%. And for black color and others colors, the adding ratio is 10%. Except that,the ratio is also different for different silicone process or in different application. For example, for light color shoelace rope dipping, the adding ratio is 5-10%, and 5% for dark color. For mold silicone process, the adding ratio is also 5%. While for other printing process, direct printing on fabric or heat transfer or etc. The adding ratio of silicone pigment is between 10-20%
