It’s usually used in the process of heat transfer printing or on some special fabric to enhance the fastness. Normally it just needs to print 1-2 layer for silicone crossing linker. Printing.

There are two types of silicone crossing linker in our company.

One is FY-2900A which the catalyst adding ratio is 100:10;

Another is FY-2901A which the catalyst adding ratio is 100:5.

What silicone crossing liner to choose is up to the requirement of printing process.

How to print crossing linker when do silicone logo transfer?

Transfer crossing linker 2 layers :

Silicone crossing linker        FY-2901A       50G

Crossing linker curing agent   FY-2901B       2.5G    5%

Transfer crossing linker 2 layers :

Silicone crossing linker        FY-2900A       50G

Crossing linker curing agent   FY-2900B       5G    10%

After printing, flash dry by 100 to120 degree for each printing.

TIPS:

The effective printing time after mixing with agent FY-2900B is 1-1.5 hours. So please reasonably mix cross linker and cross linker curing agent to avoid waste.

While the effective printing time after mixing with agent FY-2901B is 3-4 hours, so the operation time of FY2901 silicone crossing linker is much longer, you can choose the suitable silicone crossing linker according to your actual requirement.
