Hot Melt Glue Description:
The hot melt glue has good elasticity and washability and strong adhesion. It combines with crossing linker together to make the transfer printing pattern pasting firmly on the PET film when silicone transfer printing. So the heat transfer printing pattern won’t fall off and has very strong tear resistance.
Screen Printing tips:
1 Hot melt glue FY-HP-01G print for 8-12 layers.
Hot melt glue FY-HP-01G 50G
Thinner FY-5# 10-15G 20-30%
Flash by room temp or by 80-100 degree.
2 To mix 20-30% hot melt glue thinner FY-5# to dilute the glue to avoid choking the mesh when screen printing.
If mix with more glue thinner then need print more layers.The glue thinner can be also used to wash the mesh after glue printing.
The hot melt glue is used for silicone heat transfer printing,we usually print 8-12 layers or more hot melt glue in this process.When we use silicone matte or glossy PET film, It must be printed hot melt glue or spilled powder to achieve the adhesion and be successfully pressed onto the fabric.About heat transfer printing, there are two ways. One is print silicone firstly and another is print hot melt glue firstly. Printing silicone firstly can only print plan view pattern, but printing hot melt glue firstly can print curve view with multi-colors or other more beautiful,complicated or three-dimensional patterns.
