Next, let me Ola from FY silicone introduce you how to make suede puff silicone heat transfer logos. to make puff heat transfer logos , you need heat transfer silicone, puff silicone, crossing linker glue, transfer printing film, catalyst ,thinner,silicone pigments.
Silicone ink PET films:
Firstly, you should use our FY-A5 silicone matte PET film (loose type)
Mesh number: 120-200 , Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it is depends on printing Artworks. Squeegee：65-80 degree.
Suede puff Silicone Transfer Printing tips:
- Suede puff color printing for 1 layer
Suede puff silicone ink FY-1322-R 100G
Mid try catalyst FY-002 10G 10%
Silicone pigments 10-20G (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)
- Print heat transfer silicone about 8 layers or more, depends on the thickness you need
Heat transfer silicone FY-1320 100G
Mid try catalyst FY-002 10G 10%
Silicone pigments 10-20G (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)
Silicone thinner: FY-1# 10-20G 10-20%
- Print crossing linker 2 layers
Crossing linker FY-2900A 100G
Crossing linker catalyst FY-2900B 10G 10%
- Print hot melt glue about 6-8 layers
Hot melt glue FY-HP-02G 50G
Thinner FY-5# 10-15G 20-30%
- After finish, put into the oven to bake by 110 degree for 30 minutes .
Heat press the film on the fabric for 10-15 seconds via the heat transfer press machine under pressure of 4KG by the temp of 160 degree for both front side and back side
