Firstly, use solvent ink to print the position point and bake it dry at 100 degrees

1. Transfer silicone color layer printing for 3-4 layers and flash dry by 70-80 degrees before each next printing

Silicone catalyst     FY-005 Or FY-008   10G  10%  

• Transfer silicone clear layer printing for fastness about 2–16 layers or more, and bake it dry by 70-80 degrees before each next printing.

• Print crossing linker 2 layers and bake it dry by 80 degrees before each next  printing.

• Print hot melt glue 7-8 layers and bake it dry by 80 degrees before each next  printing.

Hot melt glue FY-HP-01G  100G

Thinner  FY-5#   20-30G  20-30%

• After printing, bake 30 minutes by 110 degrees
• Heat press the film on the fabric for 13 seconds via the heat transfer press machine under pressure of 4KG by the temp of 165 degrees
