Unlike the previous silicone school badges, this double colors heat transfer silicone label needs a wrapping paper to transfer the pattern on to the film. After heating press, Peeling off the the film of wrapping paper, then the pattern will move onto the fabric. Except that, during the process, we are using a silicone named leveling silicone FY-1030. Printing 1 layer of this leveling silicone will make the silicone ink flow leveling. Thus, the pattern will look more level, while not develops a trapezoid shape, where the base becomes wider and the top becomes noticeably narrower when silicone building up.

- Print 8 layers with hot melt glue

Thinner FY-5# 10-15G 20-30%
- Print crossing linker 2 times for fastness
Crossing linker FY-2901A 50G
Crossing linker catalyst FY-600 4G 8%
- Print 15 layers with round silicone for high density
Round transfer silicone FY-3030-1 100G
Silicone thinner FY-1# 10-20G 10-20%
Slow dry catalyst FY-003 10G 10%
- Print 3 times red color and 4 times blue color
Round transfer silicone FY-3030-1 100G
Silicone thinner FY-1# 10-20G 10-20%
Silicone pigments 20G 20%
Slow dry catalyst FY-003 10G 10%
- Print 1 layer with leveling silicone
Leveling silicone FY-1030 50G
Silicone thinner FY-1# 5G 10%
Slow dry catalyst FY-003 5G 10%
- Print 1 layer with matte silicone
Matte silicone FY-1000M 50G
Slow dry catalyst FY-003 5G 10%
- After finish, put into the oven to bake by 100degree for 30 minutes
- Transfer the pattern onto the wrapping paper
- Heat press at 160 degrees for 15 seconds on both sides
