Slow dry silicone catalyst FY-003 10G 10%
Thinner FY-1# 100-120G 100-120%
There are generally 3 types of catalysts, slow dry, mid dry and fast dry,can be chosen depending on the temperature and humidity of the weather, If it’s hot and dry, then to use slow dry catalyst. The dipping silicone will be a little harder to dry after the first dipping, If the ropes absorb too much silicone, it will take 1 hour even more than 1 hour for drying. It will be easier for the 2nd time, the surface will dry around 30-40 minutes. If conditions permit, it can also be cured at a low baking temperature until fully cured.
2 Dipping natural drying HD silicone with silicone pigment 1-2 times
Natural drying HD silicone FY-2030D 100G
Silicone pigment 5-10G 5-10%
Slow dry catalyst FY-003 10G 10%

3 Dipping matte silicone 1 time

After dipping matte silicone ink,It’s better to bake 20-30 minutes by 80 degree if condition
permits, this makes the rope silicone fully cured.
