Elastic silicone ink has excellent elasticity, allowing the fabric to quickly return to its original shape after stretching, as if it has memory, and can maintain its original shape no matter how many times it is bent. Elastic silicone ink printing on the ribbon webbing or belt has a non-slip.

It’s also waterproof and breathable.Supper elastic,good for elastic fabric printing. This elastic is for hand printing.

How to elastic silicone ink screen printing on elastic belt, webbing or ribbon?

Printing process:

1 Print crossing linker 2 layers for fastness

Crossing Linker FY-2901A 100G
Crossing linker curing agent FY-2901B 5G 5%
Flash dry by temp of 120℃ for 6-10 seconds before next printing.

2 Print elastic silicone ink 6-8 layers for high density

Elastic silicone ink FY-2015 100G
Slow dry catalyst FY-003 10G 10%
Thinner FY-1# 10-20G 10-20%
Flash dry by temp of 120℃ for 6-10 seconds before next printing

3 Color print 3-4 layers

Elastic silicone ink FY-2015 100G
Slow dry catalyst FY-003 10G 10%
Thinner FY-1# 10-20G 10-20%
Pigment 10-20G 10-20%
Flash dry by temp of 120℃ for 6-10 seconds before next printing

4 Top coating(Glossy&Matte)

a) Glossy silicone printing 2 layers

Natural drying silicone FY-1025 100G
Slow dry catalyst FY-003 10G 10%
Thinner FY-1# 5-10G 5-10%
Flash dry by temp of 110℃ for 10-25 seconds before next printing

B) Matte silicone printing 2 layers

Matte silicone FY-388M 100G
Fast dry catalyst FY-600 3G 3%
Thinner FY-1# 5-10G 5-10%
Flash dry by temp of 120℃ for 6-10 seconds before next printing

5 After printing finish, to heat by heating tunnel by 120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -3 minutes
