Firstly, use solvent ink to print the position point and bake it dry at 100 degrees

1. Transfer silicone color layer printing for 3-4 layersand flash dry by 70-80 degrees before each next printing

Silicone thinner     FY-1#    10G    10%

Silicone pigments   20G       20%

Silicone catalyst     FY-005 Or FY-008   10G  10%

2. Transfer silicone clear layer printing for fastness about2–16 layers or more, and bake it dry by 70-80 degrees before each next printing.

3. Print crossing linker 2 layers and bake it dry by 80 degrees before each next  printing.

4. Print hot melt glue 7-8 layers and bake it dry by 80 degrees before each next  printing.

5. After printing, bake 30 minutes by 110 degrees
6. Heat press the film on the fabric for 13 seconds via the heat transfer press machine under pressure of 4KG by the temp of 165 degrees
