CMYK Matte Silicone Printing Ink Description:
CMYK matte silicone printing makes the pattern vivid and very beautiful. It uses our FY-388M matte silicone for top coating printing, this makes the printed pattern super soft and super matte.
If just printing on cotton or cotton blend, just print silicone ink with color mixing directly. If printing on sports fabrics, then we need to print 1 layer crossing linker for fastness.

TDS of for Fengyang silicone CMYK matte silicone printing
Preparation:
1.A Mesh&Squeegee: 180 (72T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee for CMYK printing
1.B Mesh&Squeegee: 100-120(40-48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee for one layer crossing linker or silicone ink under print one layer and matte silicone for 1layer top print
2.Pigments added ratio: Silicone CMYK printing pigments mixing ratio 10%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:3% slow dry FY-300 and fast dry FY-600 can mix together for using.If machine printing to choose slow dry catalyst or slow and fast dry half and half. 4.Silicone thinner FY-1# adding ratio:0-20%
5.Heating Temp and time: Flash cure temp :100℃- 120℃ for 6-10 seconds ,Drying temp :120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -3 minutes.
Printing process:
1 Crossing linker or silicone ink for 1 layer under printing.

Crossing linker agent FY-2901B 2.5G 5%
If printing on sports fabrics, we need to print crossing linker 1 layer firstly for fastness. If printing on cotton or cotton blend, we can print CMYK color layers directly.

Flash by temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds
3 Matte silicone ink top coating for 1 layer

Silicone thinner FY – 1 # 0-10G 0-10% Silicone thinner is not necessary for matte silicone
Flash by temp of 100-110℃ 10-25 seconds
After printing finish, to heat by heating tunnel by 120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -3 minutes
