Printing process:

1. Silicone transparent printing for 6 times

Soft Silicone       FY-610        100G

Fast dry catalyst    FY-600        3G  3%

Silicone thinner     FY – 1 #      10-20 G 10-20%

Flash dry by temp of 100-120℃ 6-10 seconds.

2. Color effect siliconeprinting for 2 times : 

Soft Silicone            FY-610        100G

Fast dry catalyst    FY-600        3G  3%

Silicone thinner     FY – 1 #      10-20 G 10-20%

Color pigment     10G     10%

Flash dry by temp of 100-120℃ 6-10 seconds.

3. Print 2 times in pulling screen printing method with the same silicone
4. After printing finish, to heat by 100℃- 120℃ for about 10 minutes.
