Super Matte Forward Silicone Heat Transfer Ink Description:

Supper matte silicone heat trasnfer ink is used for printing on textile fabric to get a supper matte effect. It can be used for the printing on the T-Shirts, Sportswears, Brandshoes, or hats etc.

Do you feel the printed silicone transfer logo is not enough matte or skin touch feeling after printing matte silicone?

Let me show you how to resolve this problem. There are three reasons may caused this matte problem.

• First, Choosing the best matte film. Our FY silicone can supply you the best matte film which is the most matte one for silicone transfer printing in the market.
• Second, before the last step to print matte silicone, we can print 2 layers with glossy silicone and pigment firstly to increase matte and skin touch feeling.
• Third, please try to use the best quality matte silicone which is super matte.

How to skin feel super matte forward silicone heat transfer?

Preparation before forward silicone heat transfer printing:

Silicone ink PET films: Matte film

Mesh number： 120-200 (48-80T) , Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it is depends on printing Artworks.

Squeegee：65-80 degree

Forward silicone transfer printing process with skin feel super matte effect:

 

1. Hot melt glue FY-HP-01G print for 8la

Hot melt glue FY-HP-01G  50G

Thinner  FY-5#   10-15G  20-30%

Flash by room temp or by 80-100 degree.

To mix 20-30% hot melt glue thinner FY-5# to dilute the glue to avoid choking the mesh when printing. If mix with more glue thinner then need print more layers. The glue thinner can be also used to wash the mesh after glue printing.

2. Transfer crossing linker 2 layers :

Silicone crossing linker        FY-2900A     50G

Silicone crossing linker catalyst  FY-2900B   5G  10%

Flash by 100 degree.

TIPS: The effective printing time after mixing with agent FY-2900B is more than 1 hour not reach 2 hours, so please reasonably mix crossing linker and crossing linker curing agent to avoid waste.

3. Clear printing 2-16 layers for high density

HD Transfer silicone    FY-1320   100G

Silicone catalyst       FY-003    10G  10%

Flash by 100 to120 degree.

4. Transfer silicone color printing for 5 layers

Round Transfer silicone   FY-3030    100G

Silicone thinner     FY-1#    10-20G    10-20%

Silicone pigments   20G  20%

Silicone catalyst       FY-003    10G  10%

Flash by 100 to120 degree.

5. Print 2 layers with glossy silicone and pigment

Glossy silicone      FY-1025    100G

Silicone thinner     FY-1#    10-20G    10-20%

Silicone pigments   10-20G  10-20%

Silicone catalyst       FY-003    10G  10%

6. Print 3 layers with round silicone and pigment using another mesh

Round Transfer silicone   FY-3030    100G

Silicone thinner      FY-1#    10-20G    10-20%

Silicone pigments    20G  20%

Silicone catalyst       FY-003    10G  10%

7. Print matte silicone ink with 1 layer for top coating

Matte silicone          FY-1000M      50G

Slow dry catalyst        FY-003       5G  10%

8. After finish, put into the oven to bake by 100 degrees for 30 minutes .
9. Heat press the film on the fabric by the temp of 160 degrees for both sides 10-15 seconds
