For most materials of ribbons, we usually need to print a crossing linker under coating for fastness. If silicone screen printing on ribbons directly, the fastness is not quite enough in most cases.

1st, Print 2 layers with a crossing linker for fastness
Crossing Linker: FY-2901A 50G
Super Fast Dry Catalyst: FY-900 2.5G 5%
Bake the surface dry at temp 100-130℃ before each / next printing
2nd, Print 15 layers with elastic silicone for high density
Elastic silicone FY-2015 100G
Extra slow dry catalyst FY-005 10G 10%
Thinner FY-1# 10-20%
Bake the surface dry at temp 100-130℃ before each / next printing
3rd, Print 5 layers with left elastic silicone&pigment for colors
Elastic silicone FY-2015 100G
Extra slow dry catalyst FY-005 10G 10%
Thinner FY-1# 10-20%
Pigment 20% for white and fluorescent colors
Bake the surface dry at temp 100-130℃ before each / next printing
4th, Print 1 layer with matte silicone for matte effect
Matte silicone FY-388M 50G
Super Fast Dry Catalyst: FY-900 1G 2%
Bake the surface dry at temp 100-130℃ before each next printing
5th, after finishing printing, put it into an oven and bake 20 minutes at 80 degrees.
