What is mold silicone transfer?
Molded silicone transfer is to pour the mold silicone with a certain percentage of catalyst and thinner into a precision mold and curing it at high temperatures to form a silicone layer featuring 3D textures, logos, or patterns; this layer is then combined with a hot-melt adhesive film to create a transfer label that can be heat-pressed onto various fabrics.

How to Apply Mold Silicone Heat Transfers?
1, Mixing and stir well with the following formula
Mold silicone FY-3030 100 G
Mold silicone catalyst FY-010B 10G 10%
Pigment 5G 5%
2, Use an air gun to remove the dust from the mold
3, Applying the mixed mold transfer silicone on the mold
4, Put the hot melt film, high temperature paper and cloth on the mold in order
Cure temp : Upper temp 80-90 degree
Bottom temp 135-170 degree (temp depends on logo design and mold size)
5, Cold the mold
6, Filling mold skin matte oil into spraying bottle and spray the matte oil
Mold skin oil FY-2002M 100 G
Thinner FY-2# 500G-700G 500-700%
Fast dry catalyst FY-600 3G 3%
7, Bake dry at 100°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
8, Remove the waste materials
9, Shift the stickers on the position paper
10, Heat press silicone molded transfer logo on fabric or T-shirt
Heat press 10-15 seconds by 165 degrees
11, Remove away the upper film of the position paper.
