Hot Melt Powder Description:

Hot melt powder is used for silicone heat transfer printing. It has very excellent washability and strong adhesion.

In the process of silicone heat transfer printing, after printing 1 layers crossing linker. No need to wait the surface dry, keep the first layer wet,then print the next layer directly,also no drying, spill the hot melt powder directly on wet crossing linker printing layer surface. After that,Bake in oven at 130-150℃ for 3-5 minutes.

1 Hot melt powder FY-HP-1

2 Keep always crossing linker layer printing wet, then to spill the hot melt powder so that the transfer printing pattern can paste firmly on the PET film

3 The amount of hot melt powder is up to the pattern you print.
