Printing tips

1 Step1

HD silicone FY-311 100G

Thinner FY-1# 20G 20%

Fast dry catalyst FY-600 2-3%

Print 5-6 times transparent for base coating

Iron the edges with a Teflon sheet to prevent fraying.

Print 5-6 times for base coating,bake the surface dry temp 100-130℃ before each next printing.

2 Step2

HD silicone FY-311 100G

Thinner FY-1# 20G add 20%

Fast dry catalyst FY-600 add 2-3%

Pigment red,yellow,blue,black add 10-15%

Color print 3-4 times for each color, bake the surface dry at temp 100-130℃ before each next printing.

3 Step3

Crossing linker 2900A 100G

Crossing Linker 2900B  10G add 10%

Print 1-2 times to enhance more fastness.

4 Step4

Round silicone FY-310 100G

Thinner FY-1# 20G 20%

Fast dry catalyst FY-600 2-3%

Print 18 times or more to reach the desired thickness of the pattern you want.

5 Step5

Round silicone FY-310 100G

Thinner FY-1# 20G 20%

Fast dry catalyst FY-600 2-3%

White pigment add 10%

Color print 3 times to print the small white dot of tooth brush effect.

6 Step6

Put the printed pattern into the oven and bake 5-10 minutes at temp 100-130℃.
