Flocking Silicone Ink Description:

FY Flocking silicone ink printing FY-1322 has the following characteristics: stable printing performance,good fastness,strong scratch resistance,very soft touch and does not shed flocking.

In the past, we usually use flocking machine to flock silicone on the fabric, but it will make the flocking everywhere in this way. Thus it may be bad for our respiratory health. So nowadays we replace to use flocking paper which keeps environment clean and more comfortable. Except that, Flocking silicone ink with flocking paper can flock more colors at just once flocking which makes easier operation during the production.

How to flocking silicone ink on ribbon belt webbing fabric or garments?

TDS of flocking silicone ink on fabric garments ribbon belt webbing

1^st ,print 2 layers and bake it dry for each time

Flocking silicone FY-1322  100G

Flocking silicone catalyst FY-006  10G  10%

Silicone Thinner  FY-1#  10G  10%

2^nd, print 2 layers again, keep it wet without drying

3^rd, put the flocking paper on the printed wet pattern with flocking silicone

Press 15 seconds with 160 degrees, tear off the flocking paper

4^th Put it to oven and back with 120 degrees for 10 minutes
