Our new launched hot melt glue has low odor and good fastness and is affordable. It can be scalded with boiling water at 100 degrees. It can wash 20 times at 60 degrees. How to silicone transfer by hot melt glue on waterproof nylon fabric?

1. Color layer printing for 3-4 layers  :

Transfer silicone    FY-1333-1   100G

Silicone catalyst     FY-003     10G  10%

Silicone thinner     FY-1#    10-20G    10-20%

Silicone pigments   10-20G  (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)

Flash by room temp or by 100-120 degree.

2. Clear layer printing for 2–16 layersor more   :

Transfer silicone    FY-1333-1   100G

Silicone catalyst     FY-003     10G  10%

Silicone thinner     FY-1#    10-20G    10-20%

Flash by room temp or by 100-120 degree.

3. Crossing linker 2-3 layers :

Silicone crossing linker        FY-2900A       50G

Crossing linker curing agent   FY-2900B       10G    10%

Flash dry by heating tunnel&baking device with 100-120 degree.

4. Print hot melt glue 6-10 layers:

Hot melt glue FY-HP-02G  50G

Thinner  FY-5#   10-15G  20-30%

Flash by room temp or by 80-100 degree.

To mix 20-30% hot melt glue thinner FY-5# to dilute the glue to avoid choking the mesh when printing. If mix with more glue thinner then need print more layers.The glue thinner can be also used to wash the mesh after glue printing.

5. After finish, put into the oven to bake by 100-120 degree for 30 to 60 minutes .
6. Heat press the film on the fabric via the heat transfer press machine under pressure of 4KG by the temp of 160-170 degree for front side 7 seconds then back side 12-18 seconds
