What caused to bumps of glossy silicone printing for some cotton fabric textile screen printing?
It’s because of the fabric fiber or cotton fabric hair. It’s not printing to be flat when clear layer printing at the beginning.
How to resolve the problem of bumps after printing glossy silicone ink on garments?
If the bumps are not too much and too seriously, we kindly suggest you to use better fiber down silicone which can improve the phenomenon of bumps obviously.
If the bumps problem is very serious,you can heat press the silicone printed pattern using built-in heat pressing machine of oval printing machine when it’s still wet after printing silicone or using an iron if you don’t have heat pressing machine.
How to resolve the defoaming problem of glossy silicone ink?
Solution 1: Add a little thinner to dilute the glossy silicone or use better quality glossy silicone ink with better defoaming.
Solution 2: Because the high drying temperature takes place the bubbles. Adjust the temperature to be lower and longer baking time.
