Printing: Screen print the thicker silicone paste onto the fabric

Lift the screen mesh and retain the paste: Gently lift the screen, utilizing the tension of the mesh to draw up portions of the paste, thereby creating an irregular, textured surface.

Controlling viscosity: High viscosity of silicone is key to achieving a stringy effect. If the effect is not obvious, the viscosity of the silicone can be increased appropriately.

5. After all the printing is finished, to heat by 100℃- 120℃ for about 10 minutes.

Fast dry catalyst    FY-600        3G  3%

Silicone thinner     FY – 1 #      10G  10%

Flash dry by temp of 100-120℃ 6-10 seconds.

2. Color effect siliconeprinting 3 layers

HD Silicone            FY-313        100G

Fast dry catalyst    FY-600        3G  3%

Silicone thinner     FY – 1 #      10G 10%

Color pigment     10G     10%

Flash dry by temp of 100-120℃ 6-10 seconds.

3. Print 2 times with the same silicone in pulling screen printing method
4. After printing finish, to heat by 100℃- 120℃ for about 10 minutes.
