High Density Heat Transfer Silicone Ink Description:
High Density Heat transfer silicone printing is essentially a process that transfers a pre-prepared silicone pattern from a silicone coating film to fabric, garments or other materials through heating and pressing.
In actual operation, the prepared silicone paste is first coated on the high temperature resistant release film by screen printing, and then dried to form a pattern layer; then a special heat press machine is used to heat the pattern onto the surface of the carrier such as fabric at an appropriate temperature (usually 160-170°C) and pressure (abut 4KG), In this process, the silicone and the substrate form a strong bond through the dual effects of chemical bonding and physical adsorption.
What we should prepare for heat transfer silicone ink screen printing?
Silicone ink materials:
Transfer printing silicone ink FY-311 or round silicone FY-310,fast dry catalyst FY-600, Silicone thinner FY-1#, Silicone pigments, Crossing Linker FY-2902A, Hot-melt glue FY-02G, Thinner for glue FY-5#,
Heat Silicone ink PET films:
Two types: one is glossy coating film which will be glossy after heating press on fabric ,another one is matte coating film with matte effect.
Mesh number:
120-200, Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it depends on printing artworks.
Squeegee：65-80 degree.
